Windows XP Home

Service: Charter CABLE

Netgear 108 Mbps Wireless PC Card WG511T

- It says on my screen that I am connected to my Router

- My 2 kids and wife's laptops using wireless pc card CAN connect to the Internet

My first guess would be this could be a firewall problem. Have you enabled IP addresses relevant to your router? Is your firewall blocking your browser?
