: Strange Windows Media Player Sound Issue
: windowsxp550 September 30, 2006, 08:53:48 AM
Here is a problem that I have been trying to fix, I thought I would post it to see if anyone else had any ideas.

Whenever I play music or video in Windows Media Player, and I close the Media Player, the volume for "Wave" auto adjusts to zero volume.

So for example before I close the music or video, my Volume Control looks like this:

And then when I close Windows Media Player, my Volume Control looks like this (which causes my soundmax control panel to error)

I can just readjust my Wave volume and all is well again, but it gets really annoying after awhile, so I thought I would see if anyone had any ideas...?
