when i plugin the new ram there is this long beeping sounds and my computer can't boot up,

i tried taking out the 2 old rams and pulggin in the new ram it works ( the enw ram is only one piece)

i was wondering if the new ram is not compatible with the old ram because the new one is 2.6V n the old one is 2.5V, or is it the CL3 or CL thingy...

i was wonerding also that if my ram only supports dual channel
