1  Windows XP Assistance / Internet and Networking / Address Book Deleted After Auto-Restart on: January 16, 2008, 07:30:06 AM
My computer (A Dell E520 running XP Home w/ 1.5 gig Ram) recently auto-restarted itself and when it came back up, ALL of the contacts in my address book in O.E. 6 as well as the additional folders I added there were gone!! I ran Pest Patrol and my AVG virus program but they returned a "0" infection. Anybody have any ideas on how this may have happened or how I can maybe find and reload them into my O.E. 6 ??
2  Windows XP Assistance / Programs & Applications / Faxing More Than 1 Page Using The "Send A Fax" Wizard on: August 29, 2007, 03:03:00 PM
When I scan a document that I want to fax, and select the "Send To Fax" option in my scanning software, It opens the "Send A Fax" Wizard. What I can't figure out is how to add additional pages to the fax! It seems I can only send 1 cover page and 1 document per fax. So, If I want to send multiple pages to 1 person, I have to send them individually!! Anyone know of a way to add more than 1 document to a single fax?? glupek2
3  Windows XP Assistance / Hardware & Plug-in Equipment / Re: Display Problems on: August 24, 2007, 04:10:45 PM
Dell did that already twice (Their Techs are bone heads!!) They said it may have been a poor install of the OS (they installed it at their factory BEFORE I bought the CPU) abd they wanted me to re-install XP but I am trying to avoid doing that cause I dont want to lose all my files!!
I did go to the link you sent but got an error message that the drivers are not validated for this computer...obtain the drivers from the computer manufacturer.  Thanks SqueezeBox ycry

When I got the computer...and started seeing full screen problems, I tried viewing in windows media, Nero, the software program that came with the DV camcorder I have (Ulead VideoStudio 7.0) and when ever I visited a site that had streaming video (like a newschannel) I used what ever program was associated with the video and even still, when blown up to full screen...looked bad. at 1/2 screen...fine.

I am using a Dell E-520 w/ 1.5 g Ram and a Dell 1704FPV (analog) on Intel G965 Express Chipset Family Flat Screen (17") monitor.
The Problem I am having is when I go from a smaller view of a streaming video (Any Video...Website or DVD) to a FULL screen view, The picture gets blurry and "boxy". this is "Supposed" to be a media desktop but the streaming, Full Screen, videos suck. Any ideas? Settings? Dell "Tech Support" wanted me to reinstall XP but I don't want to lose all my files!! HELP!!!!
