I have googled on this one and it appears that certain ISPs are blocking Port 25 to cut down on spam - which unfortunately does not help me sending emails.
Fortunately (or unfortunately) I am going on holiday tomorrow and will try to get it sorted out when I get back.
Further to the two posts of mine above I have just gone into Defender and it has done a scan and also says the computer is running normally. ???????????????
I run CCleaner manually at close down and I have now unticked History and will see how it goes. Just cannot understand why it has suddenly started doing this as its been OK.
It keeps telling me that I have not scanned in 14 days and yet at the bottom of the page it gives my last scan which in this case was yeterday. Any ideas.
I have made several attempts to download this but get as far as the installatiion and up to registering it and then it tells me I am not connected to the internet when I am - I am on broadband - any ideas.
I spoke too soon - I cannot receive my mail from Mailwasher through Incredimail again - have emailed Incredimail and told them about the problem and will be interested to see what they say.
