Many times, not always, on startup I get message r2:
"Error reading TrayIcon1 ->visible: cannot create System shell notify icon"
I think this applies to the icon for my wireless keyboard, which normally shows in the tray, indicating Caps Lock, etc.

I'm on XP2, and it's an HP wireless keyboard.  Any thoughts?
