Hi. The problem may be due to windows corrupt files. Go to run and type sfc /scannow. Note, there is a space between sfc and the /. If if asks for a windows CD, just insert the one you have. After sfc has completed, restart the computer.

Have you read their license agreement? EULALyzer has given it a fairly high interest rate. Bali is a nice place.  Been there once.
