how do i solve the motherboard prob?

2 days ago i used my mouse in other's computer and was in great condition..

after connecting it to my com, slowly it can't work at all. only during the 5 mins after booting the mouse responds and then it makes beep sound and stops moving. for that problem i formatted the computer but the problem remains

help pls.

Hi I need help with the double click with the mouse. U know when u double click a file, it usually opens it but when I double click my thumbdrive, it didnt open and it say some weird stuff. Now I know whats the problem as when I right click the other files, the 1st option in bold would be open but for my thumbdrive, it would says autoplay so how can I change the option in bold  to "open" again.(I know that I can right click and click open but it is easier to duble click to open the file)

Whatever I am downloading n it does not matter from where, it stops after 667kb and my network utilization will drop from a 100% to 0%.
It even took 5 minutess for this page to load so I could tell you the problem. i use dialup

I a 3 month trial which came with the PC, then used Avast but it cause some problems with Vista's sidebar so I clean installed Vista again and after the trial used AVG then Kaspersky Internet Security.

PC Just crashed again. only listening to music and Kaspersky scanning files.

28 detected threat. One being a virus. From Combofix...

pls reply back when you found a solution.
