hi friends,

how can we transfer folders of microsoft outlooks from one computer to another ,

and is there anyway to extract attachments/pictures from post to store at different folder,

any suggestions are most welcome !

Yep there sure is - Open outlook express select file - export - messsages.  But there is another way Select tools - options. Go to the maintenance tab and click on store folder. From here you can change the OE message to another folder or even another drive.  I actually keep mine on my D drive and if I want to transfer I just copy the entire folder over and then point the OE store folder to that location.  If that doesn't make sense or is not what you want then come back..

You missed a bit Essexboy.

Attachments in emails can be saved to any folder you want easily. Just right-click on the attachment and choose 'Save' from the menu. Browse to the folder you want ot save the file in, give a a name if you want to then click on Save.

You can delete the message afterwards if it no longer needed.
