Hi guys and gals.   i go under the name of FifeFlyer. I'm a 50 year old Scot ..........please don't hold it against me ywink......and my main interests are football and computers. I consider myself a competent pc user , no more no less , and i was pointed in the direction of this forum by  accordian , so if anyone's pc crashes due to advice given by me.........blame him.
Seriously though i look forward to getting involved , hopefully to help a little, but more likely , to learn a lot.

Well, hello there Scotland! Don't worry about the connection to Scotland being a problem, we've got two from Ireland to contend with!

For 'accordion' read Squeezebox.

Glad you joined us, hopefully you'll join in with a bit of chat too.

welcome fifeflyer, hope you'll enjoy yourself with us.  I'm barely computer literate and certainly claim to know nothing about their innards, but I have got enough sense to know where to come for advice when I'm stuck

The goblin welcomed fileflyer since he felt that the hyms of church of Scotland could somehow be redone to suit a more modern congragation then, something like:

Brimstones, meet the Brimstones
No have a do time
No have a do time
No way a gay old time.

The goblin repented his remark on Knox
"..so please let Rain'ile be run by Scots..."
For who knew more about wet weather then
Than those folks form some highland glen.
