Navigate to the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktop {mosypn center}
On the
Right Hand Side, locate the key named
MenuShowDelay, then
double click on it, then change the value of
MenuShowDelay to a lower value (0-400, a setting of 0, for some people, is to fast….for this guide I chose 100 but feel free to choose any value between 0 and 400)
