A few days ago Microsoft made the latest version of its
Windows Vista operating system available to a limited
number of technical users who have access to the MSDN,
TechNet and Microsoft Connect websites.

A few moments ago Microsoft made this latest version,
known as Release Candidate 2, available for the general
public.

HOWEVER this is a time limited download and the page will
be removed very soon.
