Hello everyone,
I am having an issue every day I start my computer, where the first time I start it, it will start windows, start menus will work, but not one of the startup programs loads and I am unable to open any additional programs or shut down. What I have to do, is hold the power button on the computer, restart it, and chkdisk or whatever that utility is runs. After it scans, it always finds that nothing is wrong, and will start windows. Every time the utility runs before startup, the computer starts fine, and whenever I start it for the first time, it doesnt.
