I'm new here.  Working as computer Guy now.  Did time about 3 years) on IT hell desk for ISP, and worked as network admin. 

I know a LOT about a SMALL amount of stuff... and a SMALL amount about a LOT.

should I have said I SPENT time working IT HELP desk?
