I'd not heard of Mightymax until now. A quick search on Google indicates that it isn't one of the major players in the registry cleaning program market. What I found was mostly from people with problems after instaling the program.

If your system is working well, I would ignore what it is telling you and uninstall it.

If you are having problems with your system, there are free registry tools that can be installed, and they will do a better job for you.

Easy Cleaner is a good one and it has a few more tools included with it.

We find that PC MightyMax is badware because it can be difficult to exit without purchasing the full version of the product; it makes exaggerated claims of system vulnerability; and it does not disclose to the user that it will periodically display pop-ads and make auditory alarms encouraging the user to purchase the full version. In essence, PC MightyMax belongs to that subset of badware that is often termed "nagware" or "extortionware" -- that is, software that exists solely to encourage (generally through deceptive or annoying means) users to upgrade to a full version of the product. In addition, PC MightyMax does not display a licensing agreement during installation, nor does it disclose to the user that the program will run automatically at start-up.

We currently recommend that users do not install the version of PC MightyMax that we tested, unless the user is comfortable with the level of risk we identify or until the application is updated consistent with the recommendations in this report.
