Hi - this problem started in 6 but then I upgraded to 7 hoping it would go away - no.   

The user was going into usair website and occassionally when she would try to print a boarding pass IE would close--didn't generate any errors. I then upgraded to 7.  same thing but this time ia received the above error in the event log. Now it is starting to multiply to other sites. 

I did some reserach and found that google desktop indexing can cause the problem and to disable web indexing history - and that would work -well google isn't on this machine. 

I am at a loss - anyone w/any ideas?  thanks
