How to use redirect (< and >) in the Run command box?

Hello everyone,
I tried to call mysql.exe from my own application. I found if I use redirect like:
mysql -u root -ppassword < myscript.sql
it does not work. If I run this in a DOS prompt window, everything is fine. I also found out that the Run command box also does not work. Does anybody know how to solve this problem? Is there any work around? Thanks.
