i want to stop my bro from going on website with words like P**N and stuff like that plz help

It will depend on how old your brother is and how computer savvy he is too.
You might like to consider installing something like Net Nanny which will control what sites can be visited.
If he's too old for that kind of control, the best thing is to stop him from using the PC in the first place. To make it really secure, that would mean a BIOS password and that will prevent any unauthorised user from starting the computer.
