Unfortunately Language Bar... is inactive .
What about ZoneAlarm ? Should I have it with avast! ?
or could I have it with with avast! ? Can I use 2 anti-virus
softwares together ?

First thing never use 2 anti-viruses as they will conflict.  However, zonealarm is a firewall and will not conflict.  Download and install ZAFree frome here http://www.majorgeeks.com/download388.html Avast will come up with a warning about a potential conflict but that is only with the pro version so you can safely ignore it.

With the language bar right click on the task bar at the bottom of the screen  move up to toolbars and select language bar

Right I have found a little registry tweak at kellys korner http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
Scroll down to item 194  and on the right hand side will be language bar remove or restore click restore and it will download a small registry fix.  Right click this and select merge

It doesn`t have any effect .Of course now Language Bar option
is in Toolbars section but when I try to check it , it doesn`t change
and it is still inactive in Regional and Language Options.
missingfilesetup.exe that I have downloaded before may solve this problem ? yathink
No Problem . I can work with current situation .
