run command option in start meun missing

pls help me


i want to kown, run cammand option in start menu . i used window OS is window XP service part 2

what can i do?

Right-click on the Start Button, and select Properties from the menu.

Click on Customize button, then the Advanced tab.

Scroll down the list an click in the box next to Run Command. (This should put a tick in the box to show it is enabled.)

Run should then appear in the Start menu.

i don't see display commmand box  in down list. what do i do?

You should see "Run Command" not display command.

Have another look, you may have missed it.

hay,

i am not miss. u told that i don't find "display command check box".many computer have in my office. only one computer don't have run command. when we used it early, run command have in this computer.
later i don't find it.

i think, it caused depend on virus.
i don't want to repair my computer.do u have another way to get run command ?

Try hitting your Windows Key + R

See the below image for a screenshot of where to find the Windows Key:



If you don't have that key on your keyboard, then go to Start, then All Programs, then Accessories then Accesibility, the launch On-Screen Keyboard.   When the on screen keyboard comes up click on the Windows Key, then Click on R.
