Squeezebox or Essexboy, hook me up.

So a long time ago, I downloaded the Beta of IE7 and it worked great aside from the easy exploits that Microsoft should have seen before releasing to beta...  But I digress, I am now at the release of IE7 and when I middle-click on links I get an empty page [in a new tab] that I have to copy the link and paste into the address bar.  What am I doing wrong?

I have uninstalled, reinstalled and tried re-registering all associated dlls.  I have "Reset web settings"  I have googled this problem and apparently I am the only one having it...  Damn Dell machines.  Any help would be appreciated on the topic.

Thanks for the quick reply, I have checked the mouse settings.  I have reset the IE7 settings on my laptop [HP] and on my Desktop [Dell], my laptop recognizes the mousewheel as middle click and opens links in a new tab, just like Firefox.  The Desktop, however, is opening up a new tab with the middle-click (Mousewheel) but it's a blank address bar...  I still have to copy the link over to that tab and paste into the address bar.  And Ctrl-T Left Mouse click does the exact same thing, but no data in the new tab!!!  AAARRGGGGHHH!!!

I thought this would be an easy one for ya, what do I win for stumping the Davester?

I'm not in any real rush to fix the issue, as I, myself, use Firefox like a good little sheep.  I just thought that with all that I've tried, this would be a good question to ask on the forum...  Got anything for me to try Essexboy?
