CHKSUM Error Win XP Start up
«

Win XP never had a problem, i use Uniblue Registry cleaner and De Frag recently and when asked to Reboot now or later I chose later. Now when I tried to turn the machine on It goes through the boot cycle then Shuts Down with a blue screen of death stating CHKSUM Error (Bad Image Checksum) Does not match previous Checksum...
Any clue what to do I would be grateful. I have searched and tried several things but it still goes to Blue Warning screen.
Thanks

What file does it reference after the checksum error i.e. COMCTL32.dll or something else. It appears that the registry clean may have corrupted a file
