Windows XP Pro SP2
To begin: Start, Run... , then type gpedit.msc.
Under User Configuration expand Windows Settings, then expand Internet Explorer Maintenance, then select Browser User Interface.
Now on the right pane double click Browser Title.  Then Check the Customize Title Bar and write the desired name you want to appear on the internet explorer title bar.
