Everytime I try to download I get bar at top of page that says, "IE has blocked this site from using ActiveX control in an unsafe manner.  As a result this page may not display correctly"  Please Help me fix this!!

When the message appears, if you click on the message bar you should get an option to 'Allow Active X' - select that and then install.

Don't forget to take the tick out of the box to install Google Toolbar as well (unless you want it).

I tried what you suggested, and the only options I was given when I clicked on box at the top of the screen, were, "What's the risk?" and "More Information"

There's two other possibilities. First, make sure you are logged in as an administrator. If you are, go into Tools/Internet Options from Internet Explorer.

Check the Security options are set to medium for all of the categories.
