the way to stop this is to not go on sites which are spread on msn messenger is to no go on any sites what are spread like this:
Hey i've got msn blocker, i can see whos blocked me, check it out http://****-******.com
The same on yahoo, aol and icq.

oh... i nearly forgot if anyone wants to know how to get the msn blocker off ur pc let me know please and ill post all the info you need. but its a bit pointless if people arent infected right?
