Hi there...my outlook keeps crashing every time i open it...explorer etc working fine. But it comes up with message saying it's encountered problems as soon as i open and shuts down. could it be related to having itunes on the computer? I've tried system restore etc/
Help?!

Outlook is part of the Office suite, do you have the Office CD's?
You should try a repair install of Outlook - you'll need the CD.
I don't think it will be anything to do with iTunes.

no i don't have the CDs...it's actually a work laptop, but i'm in the US (from Australia) working on a project and my laptop is mucking up. Now it won't shut down properly. It stalls...every single time. I think I'm going to have to give up and get a new laptop...

Oh dear! Maybe it's Windows that needs a repair install.
You could try a repair shop first - even if it's just to get your data backed up before buying new.
