i shall do the router reboot how ever i don't think that will change any thing cause its hooked up to lots of other computers and no one else in the network has said any thing so i think its just this computer

im pretty sure its the last bullet where im having my troubles from but ill leave that to you guys... i will say that the hub computer has norton installed one it and in the past it had problems letting outlook get any new mail so perhaps thats the problem im gonna check my anti-mal-ware see if i can change any of my settings to get it to work
yea so i reset the router no change.... my thoughts are that since i used to have comodo. (i uninstalled by deleting all the files belonging to it; including some of the registry entry.... i may not have got them all, and windows fire wall, and the remnants of comodo are conflicting.) on wards to change some settings(if needed)
