I don't know much about comp. I m using my comp. 4 taking intra oral photos only. My prob. is whenever i take photo w4th my intra oral camera, d very next day my comp do not start. It asks 4 restart for 4 - 5 times. Then i try 2 run it in safe mode then whole system gets sluggish and i have 2 re install xp. Now 4m totally fade up with this, and have stopped using pc. Can u suggest me anything.

Can you clarify for me - is this camera a stand-alone device that you simpy connect to the computer via USB?

If it is, are you loading pictures from the camera to the PC?
After doing that, are you closing down the camera before removing from USB?
