when i start my PC i get a screen saying: safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with comand promptr and last know good configeration.

i have chosen all of these and windows then trys to start, i get the windows xp logo but then it goes stright back to this srceen againg.

what should i do?

Looks like you need to try a repair install of XP. You'll need the XP disk to do this. details are here:
