It is caused by a registry entry that is leftover from Spy Sweeper. You need
to edit the registry to prevent the error from ocurring. And you shouldn't
edit the registry if you are uncomfortable doing so (it's pretty safe as long
as you only change what you're supposed to).
You would open regedit and navigate to this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\SessionManager\BootExec
