Hi the one i sent you, you download it click on browse select what it is you want to download to site.
Let it do what it has too, then will come 4 long boxes  it will say website, forum 1 or forum 2, hightlight and then click copy then logon to site find the topic you want right click paste then check preview, if you are satified with it press submit.

If you get stuck see strum he sent it to me.

go to  http://imageshack.us/
click on browse and navigate to where your picture is
click open
click host
copy all the link with the image tags included
then paste that on this site
