When I press the power button it is suppose to be green. But now it a orange light flashes. To stop it I have to hold the button down for 6 seconds.

About 2 or 4 times before this, whenever it started and reached the windows loading screen it would just turn off by itself. If I tried again it would ask me to used the startup repair and return to the last system restore point. Then it worked normally. But next time I turn it on I had to do this again. I thought it might have been a program I installed but I did a system restore back 6-7 days and now it won't start...

One time I was sure I smelt a burning smell when I was checking the wires in the back.

During start up, it shows the physical disks and the type(ID) but it shows Error Occurred (0)

Is this the same PC that you posted about earlier?

Does the hard drive spin OK? If it does, are you able to get to the safe mode start options?  (Press F8 as it's booting up.)

If you can get to Safe Mode options, try starting with 'last known good configuration".

The burning smell is worrying, could be your power supply isn't working properly, motherboard 'fried' or simply the hard drive is dead.
