Gabba Gabba Hey!
error message in explorer

I can't seem to be able to find a fix for this but when I close applications or explorer windows I get this message a lot now. I have turned off script debugging notices but it still comes up. The error message is "Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and the problem seems to be with updating a pdm.dll file but I cannot seem to be able to find a fix. Any help greatly appreciated. :)
