Problem with Media Player Classic & Volume Controls

I use the Media Player Classic for my Real and QT files, but everytime I use it, it resets the Wave/DirectSc slider to 50%, and I then have to re-set it to 100%.
Any ideas anyone, as this is just a tad irritating - BTW I use the Media Player Classic because I like it's simplicity, so don't go suggesting I use something else for Real & QT. :P

I think that all you need to do is set your options to store to .ini file...Not sure if yours is already set this way...
