Anybody any clues as to why for no apparent reason my e-mails will not send. They keep "timing out" Outlook express. I did all scans, virus, spyware etc 3 days ago and my system was clean. Maybe its my server but I dont know?
Here are the two messages I am getting.

Any clues appreciated.

I think calling your ISP would be the best way to find an answer. They don't  seem to have an online service status indicator, which is sad to say the least.

I'll second that opinion. The error messages you are getting back indicate a problem with the mail server, not with your system.

Thanks guys, I just restarted the pc and alls ok. Still don't know what the problem was though. apparently they were sending but the mails were being left in the outbox and everytime my new mail came in it would resend the ones from the outbox but leave the mail there. Minx got 48 copies of the same mail...

I will call them tomorrow.

Thanks a lot for the input as always!
