Back at the top of this thread I gave you some directions.  You had said that you found one of the dll's  on your system.  

Did you remember to Unregister the dll ?  

to unregister the vcpdll.dll you would click start then go to Run.  When the Run box pops up type:
regsvr32 /u C:\windows\system32\vcpdll.dll

Those are the Internet Explorer Toolbars that you have set.  Go to your toolbars in IE, to see them (see pic below)
