I am unable to find the driver for a SIS PCI to USB Enhanced 7002. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I believe that is a Via driver.  I think it may be the 4 in 1 drivers...

I downloaded drivermagic and found that the download for the motherboard also updated the enhanced USB driver. All in one! Thank you to you all for your input.
