No Buttons or pictures on this site with Zone Alarm

Hi,
Does anyone have any idea why this site doesn't display properly on my screen when Zone Alarm is running?
It's only this site that's affected - the layout is skewed and buttons and pictures are all represented by the little red "x".
I'm running XP Home SP1 with Zone Alarm 6 and IE6.
I would repeat - this is the only site that seems to be affected - I even have the site included in Zone Alarm's Trusted Sites list.
Cheers,
Jules

Hi Jules48
No i don't know what could be causing your problem.
Just thought i would let you know
I am using WindowsXP Home SP2 and using Zone Alarm Free edition version 6.0.667.00.
I have no problems at all.

Hi Jules48
dopey1959 is 100% correct your best bet would be to run windows update
pretty smartly as there are numerous security issues addressed with SP2
as well as a large number of other security related issues addressed since SP2. If you decide to update ZA please take the time to use the recomended removal and update procedures

Thanks for your replies folks.
I've found that I can get over the problem by updating to ZA Pro and, in the "cookie control" area of the "Privacy" section, turning off "Remove private header information".
The facility to do this doesn't appear to be there in ZA basic - no "Privacy" tab!
I am very, very reluctant to upgrade to SP2 although I've had the update disc since soon after it was released. I just know without doubt that it will cause me problems.
When my trial period of ZA Pro expires I'll try completely uninstalling and then re-installing the free version and see if that helps.
Thanks all!
Jules

Hi Jules when you do upgrade to SP2 I would recommend doing a clean install via a slipstreamed SP1/SP2 disc that way it will work perfectly for you. When the time comes give me a shout and I will talk you through slipstreaming, clean install and various must do items before you install.

All I can say is upgrade to SP2, just go for it. I have read some problems with the upgrade but nothing that cannot be sorted out with help, if it does happen, and the probs I read about were very very few anyway.
G'luck!

Thanks for the offer Essexboy. Can you build a slipstream disc from an OEM Product Recovery Disc? That's all I had provided with my Fujitsu-Siemens 'puter.
Also, the SP2 upgrade disc I have is a magazine cover disc - is that OK for slipstreaming? I read somewhere that the SP2 upgrade had to be a "network version" for it to be any good for building a slipstream disc.
Cheers,
Jules

You should be able to if you can access the setup programme i.e. setup.exe from within windows and a cover disc cd is ok. I use a slipstream version (in fact I reinstalled this am, 2hours and I now have 2 windows on my system ) and I am not on a network

Guess I'll have to bite the bullet and go for it one day. A clean install would make sense - but the thought of having to reinstall all my software horrifies me! Especially having to download all the MS Office updates!
I'll give you a shout when I buck up the courage!
Cheers,
Jules

Thats where the tips come in. There is a programme called Autopatcher which is released monthly that contains all the MS updates since SP2 (not sure about office). Also if your drive is partioned you can use the files and settings wizard to save relevant settings and/or files. And download the latest updated versions of AV and firewall. Thereby there is no need to go online until everything is s*** proof. Last item to install is modem and ISP.
