Thought I recognised it...knew him way back when... Bit dazzling for a screensaver for me though.
I just prefer none because I have many icons...speaking of which, everytime i rearrange them in the quick launch bar they revert back again. Any ideas?

As for your q launch R/click tool bar and check lock and it will not dissapear?
