IE7 is stable and appears more secure than IE6 a few minor cosmetic problems but that's about all.  No crashes no problems visiting sites.  Tab closing clicks same as FF

Ooops forgot BT/Yahoo internet mail doesn't recognize IE7 as a valid browser plus there is the ability to run IE7 without addons (toolbars, activex  etc) via a separate icon, so if I know I am going into dangerous waters I use that

Ricky I still use explorer and dont have any problems. If you have the right stuff everytthing becomes a lot more stable. Look in the "free downloads" thread, all tried and trusted software.
why do you think the site here is having a name change  from fixmyxp to fixedxp because here NOBODY has pc problems it seems, fixmyxpsorted.com or how about (JASON take note) xpasylum.com an asylum with no problems!

We are all the experts....now we just gotta get those non-experts in here.   That's the tough part.

Most people that have a problem , usually do a search on google for their issue.   So getting a good rank on search engines is helpful ....

How else can we get those non-experts in here......I'm stumped on that one....

I use AOL Explorer 1.2.5.13 Beta. I'm loving it. Used FireFox and Opera of course but Liked AOL's the most.

My system "Self built"

AMD Athlon Xp 2000+ 1.67GHZ

KT7266 Pro. Ver. 2 "MS-6380"

ASUS ATI 128MB 64-BIT AGP 4/8X 4X Enable

2 sticks 256MB=512MB "PC2100"

Main HD=30.2GB 2nd storage=80GB "Mainly for music and programs downloaded"

Med. size case

I think my PC is good for now. Upgrading soon...
