If you want to include an image in a post, such as a screenshot to illustrate a problem, here's how to do it.
First save your screen shot to your own PC folder.
Under the posting window is a link for Additional Options - click on it.
There is a box with a button next to it to 'Choose' click on that.
Browse to where you have the image stored and double click it.
Post your message.
Images are referred to as attachments on this board.
The attachment will be shown below the text of your post, and attachments only require a single click to enlarge or shrink the image (like a toggle).
Beside the method mentioned by Dave the other method is
to upload your pictures at any file hoasting site (such as yahoo geocities, imageshack.com, etc.)
and paste the link of your image in your reply.
