Problems with Acer..

Post by ahwei03 » Sat Nov 15, 2008 3:27 am

Hey guys, am new to the forum and I have a problem with Acer laptop at the moment, I am not sure whether am I the only 1 facing this problem:

First time I came across this folder C:\Acer\ScreenSaver, my system hung. I can only move my mouse cursor around, so i restarted the laptop. After boot up, I tried to access the folder again and an error message "folder not responding" popped out. Restarted the laptop again, access the same folder and the same problem occurs.

By the way, that folder is 547MB and it has 4 files:
1280800.exe
1440900.exe
16801050.exe
AS.exe

Anyone facing the same as me? Any advise? Can I remove it? Any help is appreciated.

I am using 4GB of Ram and 2.5 GHz Dual Core on Windows Vista Home Premium.
